We are honored to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community and invite you to join us in God’s work. Whether you are a new Christian looking for a place to grow, a seasoned Christian zealous to serve, or somewhere in between, we are always praying for God to draw folks to us who can help us as we revitalize our church and evangelize our community. Hillcrest Baptist Church also offers ministry internships for young adults and/or aspiring church leaders who desire to learn more about God, grow in character and leadership capability, and serve God’s people. Whether you feel called to help in outreach, children’s ministry, spiritual care, or other areas of ministry, our pastors (and their wives when applicable) would love to help you mature in knowledge, service, and experience.

Our ministry internships involve one or two areas of emphasis, reading assignments, discussions and lessons, and hands-on service over a set amount of time, like a summer or a semester. Since internships are unpaid, the time commitments of our internships are flexible, based on the rhythm of regular church activity and the specific availability of each intern.
